Before stepping into real estate, Kirsten spent ten years as a General Manager in healthcare, where she helped guide multifaceted teams and refine internal processes with care and clarity. Her earlier career spanned a variety of operational roles, each one building her quiet confidence in managing people, systems, and day-to-day flow.
Real estate has long been a personal passion, Kirsten has bought, sold, and built homes herself, but her connection to property runs even deeper. Her grandfather was a builder and property developer in Dandenong and Rowville throughout the 1960s to 1980s, sparking an early appreciation for the industry’s foundations. Today, it’s the operational side of real estate that truly resonates. She finds purpose in the background work: streamlining processes, fostering collaboration, and helping the team do what they do best.
Kirsten spent her early childhood in Melbourne before moving to the Baw Baw Shire in her late teens, where she made lifelong friends and found her love for the area. After a brief stint away, she and her husband knew they wanted to raise their family in the same area. Today, her connection to the region brings a quiet authenticity to her work.
Outside the office, Kirsten finds joy in life’s simple pleasures, time with family & friends, good food, a bit of sport, and travel whenever the opportunity arises.
